Guacamole

Step-by-step method

Let’s cook

At a glance

You're making a fresh, authentic guacamole that comes together in just 11 minutes of prep work. The trickiest part is handling the avocados—you'll need to carefully separate the pit and cube them while still in the skin before mashing. Everything else is quick chopping and mixing, so you'll have creamy, zesty guac ready to serve with tortilla chips in no time.
