We ship throughout the Czech Republic — you can pick between Zásilkovna (Packeta) and PPL.

We dispatch most orders within 24 hours. Delivery with Zásilkovna or PPL then usually takes 1–2 working days.

You get free shipping on orders over a set threshold — you can see the current amount directly in your cart.

Once we dispatch your order, you'll get an email with a tracking link — whether it ships with Zásilkovna or PPL.

Yes, as long as we haven't packed it yet. Email us right away at hello@yumsto.com and we'll cancel or amend it. After dispatch, return it within 14 days like any other order.

We accept card payments via the Stripe gateway, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due immediately when you place the order.

We'll email it to you as soon as your order is paid. It's a tax document from a non-VAT payer.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery — and we cover the return shipping. Opened bags of confectionery, unsealed chocolate, and quickly perishable fresh items we can't take back, for hygiene reasons.

Store chocolate dry, away from direct light, below 18 °C. On hot days, grab your parcel as soon as you can after delivery — melted chocolate isn't something we can refund.

No. You can check out as a guest — enter your email, name, and phone when placing the order. You can create an account any time later.
