About this recipe

Cooking in my new kitchen with the Madeta brand, we tried out loads of great recipes. Summery, fresh, easy and healthy - and this cucumber and dill salad was no exception. It might remind you a little of the popular Greek tzatziki, which is exactly what inspired me when coming up with this recipe.
