You're in for a delicious treat with these soft, fluffy Easter Judas buns featuring bright lemon zest and a glossy honey glaze. The magic happens when you brush warm honey on the hot buns straight from the oven—they soak it up perfectly to create that signature sticky crust. From mixing through final glazing, you'll spend about 1 hour 45 minutes on dough rising and shaping, plus some hands-on kneading time to get that smooth, elastic texture just right.
