Blueberry Pudding

Step-by-step method

Let’s cook

At a glance

You're making a luscious blueberry pudding from scratch that comes together in just 20 minutes—faster than you'd think! The main thing to watch is the gentle cooking and constant stirring in the final steps to get that perfect silky texture, and the pudding thickens surprisingly quickly so you'll want to stay attentive at the stove.

About this recipe

A colleague of mine and I recently decided to try making homemade pudding, since we had a pile of overripe bananas lying around. The result was more than surprising. The pudding turned out absolutely delicious, with a full, mellow banana flavour. No preservatives, dyes or chemicals involved. And as for time, it barely takes any longer than the instant stuff from a packet :).
