You're making delicious almond-chocolate peanut butter cookies that come together in about half an hour with minimal hands-on work. The trickiest part is shaping the dough onto the tray β a wet spoon makes it way easier β and then you're baking these crunchy little bites for just 10-12 minutes until they're golden.

Chop the almonds and chocolate
Chop the almonds and chocolate - I use the chopping attachment on my stick blender. Aim for fairly small pieces.

Shape mounds on the tray
Using a teaspoon, drop small mounds of dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper (flatten them slightly). I recommend dipping the spoon in a bowl of water between scoops - the dough will release much more easily.
