Spread on a baking tray
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan/convection). Spread the oats and chopped nuts out on a large baking tray. The nuts should be a mix of coarsely and finely chopped.

Bake
On the tray, mix the nuts with the oats and bake for 15 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.

Add the peanut butter and blend the dates
Mix the honey with the peanut butter and pop it in the oven for a moment alongside the oats and nuts. This will warm and melt the mixture together. Blend the dates into a sticky paste.
