You'll toast oats and almonds to bring out their flavor, then combine them with a warm honey-peanut butter mixture and blended dates to create a simple no-bake base. After chilling for an hour to set, you'll slice it into bars—the trickiest part is getting the texture just right by warming the binding mixture and blending the dates into a proper paste.

On the tray, mix the nuts together with the oats and bake for 15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Add the butter and blend the dates
Mix the honey with the peanut butter and pop it in the oven for a moment alongside the oats and nuts. This will warm the mixture and help it melt together. Blend the dates into a sticky paste.
