Cook the pasta

Add the frozen seafood mix. Season with salt and pepper, stir and cook for about five minutes. Squeeze in a little lemon juice, stir, then pour in half of the reserved pasta water.

Combine everything
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, stir and heat through together for a moment. Add the remaining pasta water as needed to form a sauce. Stir in the sour cream and chopped cheese, then season to taste with more salt and pepper. Finish with parsley.
