At a glance
This no-bake Oreo dessert comes together with a crunchy cookie base, creamy pudding filling, and fresh fruit layers — no oven required. You'll be blending, whisking, and layering for about 30–40 minutes of active work, then letting the magic happen in the fridge overnight as the gelatin sets everything into a dreamy, spoonable texture.

Prepare the tin and blend the biscuits
Get a springform cake tin, 26–28 cm in diameter. Line the base and sides with baking paper. Put all the Oreo biscuits and coconut fat into a food processor and blend together until you get a compact mixture. Spread this mixture over the base of the tin and press down firmly.
