About this recipe

Mexican food isn't something we cook very often at home. Or rather, we didn't used to. That all changed when I teamed up with Santa Maria, a brand of Mexican ingredients. Tortillas, sauces, spices β€” and so I dove into cooking and discovering Mexican cuisine. Dish number one is the burrito: a tortilla rolled around a filling of meat, vegetables, cheese and rice.
