Almond-Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-step method

Let’s cook

At a glance

First chop the almonds and dark chocolate, then simply stir all the ingredients together into a fragrant peanut butter dough. Drop small mounds of the dough onto a baking sheet and bake briefly, and in no time you'll have crunchy homemade cookies.

Chop the almonds and chocolate — I use the chopping attachment on my immersion blender. I chop them into fairly small pieces.

Form mounds on the baking sheet

Using a spoon, drop small mounds of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (flatten them slightly). I recommend dipping the spoon in a bowl of water from time to time — this makes it easier to release the dough.
