At a glance
This crispy fish fillet dish comes together in just 50 minutes with minimal hands-on time. The process involves gently steaming seasoned cod until tender, then topping it with a cheesy breadcrumb mixture and finishing under the grill for a golden, crunchy crust—giving you restaurant-quality results at home.

Steam oven or a simple frying pan
It depends on whether you have a steam pot or a steam oven, like I do. I arranged the pieces on a special perforated tray and set the oven to the "steamed fish fillet" program for 35 minutes. But you can also fry the fish in a bit of butter or a splash of olive oil in a pan.

Topping mixture
Mix together the grated cheese, breadcrumbs and dried garlic. There's no need to add salt to this mixture, as the fillet is already seasoned and Gran Moravia cheese is salty enough on its own. Spread this mixture evenly over the surface of the fish and grill in the oven until golden.
