About this recipe

You might know this zucchini bake under a different name. In our house it was my grandma who baked it, then my mum, and my friends still make their own versions today. Everyone uses roughly the same ingredients, though sometimes with little twists. I love baking mine in spring, when wild garlic is in season – I always throw in a generous handful. Nettles and other spring herbs work brilliantly too, since this bake makes a great alternative to the traditional Easter stuffing.
