Zucchini Bake: Easy Savoury Zucchini Cake

Prep the ingredients
Finely grate the zucchini. Cut the smoked meat into small cubes and coarsely grate the cheese.
Mix it all together
Slice the spring onion into rounds. Combine all the ingredients, then add the eggs and the flour mixed with the baking powder.
Season to taste
Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. Add the crushed garlic and stir the batter well.
Pour into the dish and bake
Grease a baking dish or tray with oil and pour in the batter. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 45–55 minutes.
