Amazing Sesame-Crusted Salmon

Step-by-step method

Let’s cook

At a glance

You're creating an elegant sesame-crusted salmon that requires 24 hours of marinating ahead of time, so plan accordingly. The actual cooking comes together quickly with just a sear and seed coating, while the bulgur-quinoa side dish rounds out this gluten-free, lactose-free main course with minimal fuss.

About this recipe

To go with the salmon, we make a store-bought "menu gold" mix β€” a blend of bulgur and quinoa. It's easy to prepare, healthy and really tasty. We add a few small leaves from a mixed salad greens blend, and there you have a delicious side dish. For seasoning, salt and pepper are all you need.
