Cukeťák: Easy Savory Zucchini Bake

This easy savory zucchini bake comes together quickly with grated zucchini, smoked meat, and cheese mixed with eggs and flour—all seasoned with fresh garlic and marjoram. The main work happens upfront during prepping and mixing, then it's into the oven for about 50 minutes while you relax. About this recipe

You might know cukeťák under a different name. In our house it was my grandma who baked it, then my mum, and even my friends make their own versions these days. Everyone uses roughly the same ingredients, just with their own little twist. My favourite time to bake it is in spring, when wild garlic is in season – I always throw in a generous handful. Nettles and other fresh spring herbs work brilliantly too. In fact, you can bake cukeťák instead of the traditional Easter stuffing.
