The big sister of #104 – for roses that cover the whole cake.

Same flat shape as #104, just noticeably bigger. Perfect for when you need large roses on top of a cake, wide ruffles down the sides, or drapery that a smaller tip would take you all afternoon to pull off. The sturdier edge holds its shape even in stiffer buttercream. Stainless steel, hand wash recommended.
