Crunchy Chocolate Pearls – Chocolate Mix (White, Milk, Dark)
The first ingredient is cocoa butter, which forms the base of the chocolate coating. In the darker pearls it's complemented by cocoa mass and cocoa powder, and in the light ones by whole milk powder. This gives the pearls a full chocolate flavour, so they're more than just an ordinary sugar decoration.
Inside each pearl is a crisp centre made from wheat and malt flour, which gives it that signature crunch. Thanks to their light structure, the pearls don't sink into delicate creams, and they look great on desserts. They're ideal for cupcakes, cakes, sundae cups and chocolate mousses, adding an interesting texture and flavour.
The pearls are suitable for vegetarians and halal certified. The 155 gram pack also lasts surprisingly long – the pearls are light, so you'll find a really generous amount in the box.
To keep the pearls shiny and crunchy, store them in a dry place at 15–20 °C. Protect them from moisture and direct sunlight, and keep them in the original resealable packaging. Add them to finished desserts at the very end, ideally just before serving or once the cream has fully set.
