Ham and Cabbage Flecky Pasta Bake

Step-by-step method

Let’s cook

At a glance

You're bringing together sautéed vegetables, smoky meat, and pasta in a baking dish, then finishing it with a creamy egg topping that bakes until golden. The whole process takes about 30 minutes, with most of the time spent in the oven while you relax.

  1. 1/3

    Sauté the vegetables

Finely chop the onion and cut the fresh cabbage into smaller pieces as well. Sauté them together in a little oil, then after a few minutes add the sliced mushrooms and chopped smoked meat.
