Black pigment needs a little time to fully develop. If you're colouring buttercream or fondant, we recommend mixing the colour in a few hours (or even a day) ahead. The shade settles beautifully in the fridge and deepens further. Thanks to ProGel's high concentration, you also need less colouring, so your buttercream stays stable and tasty.
