About this recipe

I picked my currants — black and red — plus some jostaberries too. And baked a really lovely tart with them. The inspiration for the filling came from the wonderful Lenka, who made something similar on our last visit, only with strawberries. I'm making the most of this gorgeous summer weather while it lasts.
