It pairs beautifully with coconut milk, mango, or passion fruit, where its almond undertone creates a harmonious tropical blend.

Papua New Guinea vanilla comes mainly from the Sepik River region – fertile alluvial lowlands with a humid tropical climate. The tahitensis variety thrives here even better than the classic Madagascar planifolia, giving it a plumper, oilier texture. How to get the most out of your vanilla pod

Slice the pod lengthwise with a sharp knife and scrape out all the seeds (caviar) with the blunt side of the blade. But don't throw away the empty pod! How to store your vanilla
