Sun-Dried Tomato and Halloumi Burgers
·Cut the unpeeled zucchini into rounds or slices. Marinate it in a mixture of oil and grilled vegetable seasoning. Marinate the halloumi slices in a mixture of oil and grilled cheese seasoning. Leave everything to marinate for a few hours.
Mash the avocado together with the cream cheese. You can add a little mayonnaise if you like. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, stir in a few finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil.
Grill the zucchini slices, the cheese, and the cut side of the burger buns. Spread avocado cream on the bottom half of the toasted bun, then add a lettuce leaf and the grilled halloumi.
Top with the zucchini rounds and a few sun-dried tomatoes in oil. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
Instead of halloumi, use classic ground meat burger patties. Mix in finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in oil while preparing the patties. Everything else stays the same as in the halloumi version.
