Nigella Lawson's Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

·
8 servings
  1. Make the peanut butter filling

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the peanut butter filling. Beat with a wooden spoon, or let an electric mixer do the hard work for you — it's quicker and saves your arm.

  2. Set up the paper cases

Arrange paper cases in a metal muffin tin. I used mini paper cases and a mini muffin tin, since giving them a sturdy support makes them much easier to fill.

  3. Fill with the peanut butter mixture

Spoon about one small teaspoon of the peanut butter filling into each paper case, then smooth it down neatly.

  4. Melt the chocolate

Break up both types of chocolate and melt them in a bain-marie. Stir well, then spoon the melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling in each case.

  5. Chill until set

Chill the finished cups in the fridge, where they'll set in about half an hour. Keep them stored in the fridge.

  6. You're done!

    Enjoy your meal!
