Mascarpone and Seasonal Fruit Dessert

  1. Whip the cream

    For the cream, whip the whipping cream with stabilizer, then add the sour cream and mascarpone. Mix well.

  2. Prepare the fruit and biscuits

    Finely chop the fruit and roughly crumble the biscuits.

  3. Layer it up

    Sprinkle a layer of crumbled biscuits into the bottom of the jars, top with fruit, then add a layer of cream… Repeat until the jars are full. Seal and chill well.

  4. You're done!
