Cream
Melt the chocolate. Whip the mascarpone with the cream, then pour in the melted chocolate. Add the sugar. Whisk briefly and leave to cool.
Prepare the 'soil' and gravestones
Meanwhile, crumble the chocolate biscuits (sponge base) into fairly large pieces to make the 'soil', and prepare the gravestones. You can shape these from marzipan, or simply use oval biscuits, which work just as well.
Add the finishing touches
Once the cream has set, start filling the glasses with it. Top with the crumbled 'soil' and finish by sticking in a gravestone. Add a bat next to it to complete the spooky look.
