Gnocchi with Wild Garlic and Ham
·Get out a large non-stick frying pan. Melt some butter in it and fry the finely chopped shallot. Add the diced ham and fry together for two minutes.
Tip in the gnocchi and fry until they're partly crisp. Pour in the cream and season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Finally, with the heat off, stir in the finely chopped wild garlic. The amount is up to your taste. Serve immediately. If you like, sprinkle a little cheese on top – in that case, I'd recommend a hard cheese like Gran Moravia.
