Deliciously with Ella – Oat Milk
·Soak the oats in cold water for half an hour. Once done, drain the oats, rinse them and let them drip dry.
Put the oats into a powerful blender and add 900 ml fresh water. Blend for half a minute. The mixture will turn creamy, with the oats finely broken down.
Strain the blended mixture through a fine sieve or a piece of muslin cloth. Squeeze out all the liquid and pour it into the jar or bottle you'll use to store the oat milk in the fridge. If you like, stir in a sweetener and blend the mixture once more.
