At a glance
This is a quick one: onion, sun-dried tomatoes and pieces of green asparagus are briefly fried in a pan, so the asparagus keeps its pleasant bite. Meanwhile, the spaghetti cooks, and everything is finished together with a splash of the pasta water, which creates a lovely creamy sauce, plus a generous helping of Parmesan.

Sauté the onion and tomatoes
Finely chop the onion. Pour a little oil from the jar of sun-dried tomatoes into a pan and sauté the onion in it. About three minutes should do, then add the tomatoes, cut into pieces.
