Amazing Homemade Toast Bread

  1. Mix the ingredients in the bread maker

    Put the flour, yeast, sugar and salt into the bread maker. Switch it on and it will start mixing straight away.

  2. Add the milk and butter

    Pour in the lukewarm milk mixed with the melted butter.

  3. Rising

    Let the bread maker do its work - it will mix up a lovely smooth dough. And not just mix it - the dough will of course also rise and bake.

  4. Programme

    I chose the medium loaf size and light crust setting. Apart from the slightly odd shape, the toast bread turned out really well.

  5. You're done!
