Cookies with Cottage Cheese "Nutella"

  1. Melt the chocolate

    Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and let it cool slightly. Then stir in the cottage cheese and nut butter.

  2. Mix it all together

    Mix thoroughly and place in the fridge. Spread the "nutella" over whole-grain cookies and top with fruit of your choice.

  3. You're done!
