Yellow Egg Spread – with Egg and Gouda

  1. Boil the eggs and grate with gouda

    Boil the eggs, then grate them finely. Grate the gouda the same way.

  2. Cream cheese and mustard

    Mix with the cream cheese and add the steak mustard. You can season with salt and pepper to taste, though I find that's not really necessary.
