Homemade Raspberry & Banana Fruit Leather (No Added Sugar)
·Blend the raspberries and banana until smooth, with no lumps left in the purée.
Spread the fruit purée in a thin, even layer over baking paper. The thinner the layer, the faster and more evenly it will dry.
Place in an oven preheated to 80 °C and dry the fruit leather for 3 to 4 hours, until the surface is dry and no longer sticky to the touch. Alternatively, let it dry in the sun, protected from insects.
Let the dried fruit sheet cool completely. Then cut it into strips or any shapes you like.
Roll the strips into wider rolls. Melt some chocolate and dip the ends of the rolls into it. Leave to set.
