The first ingredient in the list is cocoa butter, which forms the base of the chocolate coating. In the darker pearls it's joined by cocoa mass and cocoa powder, while the lighter ones get full-fat milk. That's what gives the pearls a full chocolate flavour instead of tasting like a plain sugar decoration.
Inside each pearl is a crisp core made from wheat and malt flour, giving it that signature crunch. Thanks to their light structure, the pearls won't sink into soft creams and always look great on desserts. They're perfect for cupcakes, cakes, sundaes, and chocolate mousses, adding both interesting texture and flavour.

To keep the pearls glossy and crunchy, store them in a dry place at 15–20 °C. Protect them from moisture and direct sunlight, and keep them in their original, well-sealed packaging. Add them to finished desserts at the very last moment, ideally just before serving or once the cream has fully set.
