  1. Mix the ingredients

    Combine all the ingredients into a dough and shape it into a log. Let it rest in the fridge for an hour.

  2. Slice into rounds and bake

    After an hour, cut the log into rounds and flatten each one into a cookie shape. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes.

  3. You're done!
