A concentrated gel colour where a single drop on the tip of a toothpick really is enough. It blends quickly into buttercream, whipped cream and marzipan without watering down the consistency the way liquid colours do. Strawberry is perfect for summer cakes, cupcakes and sponge rolls – and if you add more, you can build up to a rich, deep pink.
